January 21, 1958 — November 26, 2023 Pleasanton, Kansas

Larry Wayne Miller, age 65 of Pleasanton, Kansas passed away, Sunday, November 26, 2023, in Fort Scott, Kansas. Larry was born the son of Roy Richard and Velma Louise Anderson Miller on January 21, 1958, at La Cygne, Kansas.


He served in the Army National Guard for close to ten years. Larry enjoyed hunting and doing a lot of fishing, he also loved to spend time with his family and grandkids, and his best friend that he loved dearly "Scooby" that always stayed by his side.


He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Oscar Miller, and a sister, Bessie Rich. Larry is survived by two daughters, Rebecca (Justin) Moreland, and Melissa Ann Eaton; two brothers, Richard Miller and Clarence Miller; a sister, Betty Jackson; eight grandchildren, Justin, Jozelynn, Jordan, Cody, Cheyanne, Jacey, Brooke and Dannon; and five great grandchildren, Anastasia, Oakley, Dawson, Trixie and Enzo.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Thursday, November 30, 2023, at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel. Memorials are suggested to the Larry Miller Memorial Fund to help the family defray costs of the services, please make checks payable to Schneider Funeral Home and they may be sent in care of the funeral home to P.O.
