Billy Joe White age 59 of Parker, KS, died Thursday October 12, 2023 at his home.
Billy was born August 12, 1964, in Phoenix, AZ. He was the youngest son of Carl William and Wyoma Jean (Anderson) White. Billy grew up in Linn County and attended Prairie View school district, and graduated in the early 1980s.
After high school, Billy farmed with his father in Linn County. He then went to work at the glass plant in Spring Hill for about 10 years. Billy then worked for Guidon in Paola and then in Greeley. He then began to farm full time.
Billy collected Bald Eagles pictures and figurines. He loved his family and his favorite was the shooting competition they had on Christmas day. Billy enjoyed spoiling his great nieces and nephew.
He was preceded in death by his mother Jean White.
Survivors include his father, Carl White of the home; siblings, Terry Anderson of Osawatomie, KS, Anita Anderson of Parker, KS, Kathy White of Osawatomie, KS, and Tena White of Phoenix, AZ. He is survived also by his nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephew; Jody Bloodgood, Chase, Adison, and Mackenzy, Doug Smith, Mercedes White, Carl Mathis, Terry & Kayla Mathis, Ireland and Lilly and Meranda Ellison, Jaylynn and Bristol. He will be missed by other family and many friends.
